Shipping

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery (Local): 1–3 business days.

Express Delivery (Local): Same-day or next-day delivery (additional fees may apply).

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates

Standard delivery fees range from S$3–S$5 per order, unless stated otherwise.

Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount (e.g., S$60).

Express delivery rates are calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.

Orders can be tracked online via the delivery partner’s website.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us and re-delivery may incur additional charges.

6. Packaging

All orders are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

Fragile or liquid items are bubble-wrapped and clearly labeled.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or repeated failed attempts, the customer is responsible for re-delivery fees.

8. Liability

We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, or courier disruptions).

In case of lost or damaged parcels, liability is limited to the declared value or courier’s coverage policy.

9. International Shipping (Optional Section)

International shipping is available to selected countries.

Delivery times vary (typically 7–14 working days).

Duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
